Then I step back and let clients make the best decision for themselves and their families. I don't view the buyer's agent role as a sales job; I see it as client service. To that end, the service I provide is second to none.
My goal has never been to be the agent with the most listings and buyers. I don't take on more business than I can handle without compromising quality. My business is largely referral based, as the hundreds of clients I've served in the past keep my name very active in the community.
